Designer Apartment

The goal was to create a discreet yet technologically advanced apartment in which LOXONE provides comfort, security, and a harmonious atmosphere. Residents should be able to live there easily without having to worry about the technology. Everything should be hidden behind a harmonious design, without a distracting jumble of switches or visible devices.

All stage and living room lighting was implemented using LOXONE. This includes spotlights, pendant lights above the kitchen island, and decorative lighting elements in the TV and hallway areas. Several predefined lighting scenes are available for the kitchen, living room, and dining room, such as cooking, evening, movie, and guests. In the evening, the lights dim automatically. At night, a soft orientation light safely guides you to the bathroom.



The shading has also been fully integrated. Curtains and blinds are controlled according to the time of day and sunlight. The air conditioning is integrated into the LOXONE system and works optimally with the heating to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.

A uniform operating logic is used throughout the living area. With one click, the lighting scene in the kitchen, living room, and dining room can be changed simultaneously. The TV scene automatically dims the lights, darkens the windows, and adjusts the air conditioning.



At the entrance, the LOXONE NFC Code Touch ensures secure access control. The away function turns off the lights, lowers the temperature, and activates the alarm system. The motion detectors are used for both automatic lighting control and security.



In the children's room, an easy-to-use LOXONE Touch allows for different lighting moods. One click activates the main light. A second click switches to a night light with a relaxing atmosphere. Parents can control the lighting at any time via an app.



Cupboard areas, wardrobes, and technical rooms have been designed to be both functional and aesthetic. The distribution box with Miniserver and extensions is neatly integrated into the closet structure and yet easily accessible. The owner receives complete documentation including circuit diagrams and function descriptions.



The entire apartment is controlled via buttons elegantly embedded in the wood paneling and via the LOXONE app. The apartment status, alarm status, and temperature can be reliably accessed from anywhere.
