Loxone Partner, Grizzly Tec, was tasked with implementing building automation controls to manage access, audio, and lighting control in these shared workspaces to ensure comfort, customization and accessibility to tenants while reducing energy costs for the property owner."

Audio announcements can be made across the Quadral speakers integrated into the structure and access to coworking spaces can be monitored and controlled via the Loxone App. Lighting in coworking spaces have been automated, turning on when presence is detected and then turning off automatically to save on energy costs. 



Loxone controlled LED lighting has also been implemented throughout the structure, providing a pleasant and attractive lighting environment that is welcoming to guests and encourages productivity."
