Hilton - Court Bar Edinburgh

With this project the client required a control system that would dim all lighting throughout the Court bar. They had an old Mode lighting system that was failing and they wanted better control of all the new fittings they were installing throughout the new bar during the refurbishment stage. The original design of the bar was using a large LED back lit marble panel which they wanted to control the lighting level easily and everything had to be simple for bar staff when setting scenes.

Due to not having the exact information on each light fitting myself and the electrical contractor decided it was best to use a module from KNX that would allow us to combine supplies when required as some fittings had multiple supplies going into them. We wanted to make the system as simple as possible for bar staff so I designed up a simple Loxone Touch Pure Flex Scene switch that gives easy control to bar staff and the configuration set up with the scenes available for the managers on site too.
