Challenge
The following criteria must guide the selection of system components of the building automation system:
- The building automation system must ensure an optimal indoor climate with minimal energy consumption;
- Integration for harmonizing different technical systems of the building and adding functions must
be based on an analysis that takes into account the savings potential to achieve accurate and low energy consumption
with adequate management;
- The selected building automation system must enable expansion, modernization, and communication
using open communication protocols for maintenance, monitoring, and operational control,
that the system can be connected to different structures;
- Automation as a whole must enable operational management, and the implementation of decisions must be fast
feasible;
- At the same time, people's safety must be guaranteed, as well as the protection of equipment and material values.
