Challenge
Loxone and intelligent automation were initially very unknown to the owners. When he and his girlfriend decided to build, they were somewhat aware of smart houses. But having a household designed in this way seemed like science fiction to them, due to the idea of the price and use of such a solution.
Solution
In the end, however, they sided with the Miniserver, connected with a Loxone Partner, and today they couldn't be happier with their decision.
The partner integrated lighting into the system, the lights in the living room and kitchen are dimmable. The blinds and in some rooms the internal temperature are also regulated automatically. They also rely on smart access control and security features with contacts on all windows.

After taking financial availability into account, we decided to use the smart home from Loxone. Today, we cannot imagine our house without this solution. Thanks to Loxone, a person can very easily and willingly get rid of otherwise normal daily activities, such as searching for keys, manually turning on the lights or handling blinds. The icing on the cake is the newly built-in Audioserver. For me as a music lover, this is a really great addition to the home.
