Challenge

The challenge was to modernise a 19th-century property, while at the same time retaining as much of an authentic feel to the property as possible. Therefore it was key that the Loxone technology seamlessly blended into the background and functioned in a discrete manner.

Solution

Given the technical challenges of this type of building, we opted for an installation of 10 Miniservers, all interconnected via the Ethernet network.

Loxone had the solution to automate 1200m2 in a 2Ha park and to manage 3-way valves for heating.<br /><br /> To date, heating and cooling are managed by Loxone (heat pump, solar water panel, gas boiler), as well as lighting in the common areas and the park, access to the gate, the fountain, the automatic watering and the Garage door.
