CASCA svietidlá showroom

The goal of the project was to create a functional and visually appealing smart lighting showroom directly within the CASCA retail space. The showroom is designed to give customers a real, hands-on experience with different lighting technologies and control options. It serves both as a source of inspiration and as an educational space – allowing visitors to compare different white light temperatures, light intensities, and technologies (24 V DC, DALI, 230 V), while also demonstrating how these elements can be seamlessly integrated into one cohesive system.



Part of the concept also included the integration of smart control using Loxone Touch interfaces, connection to an audio system, and the creation of realistic lighting scenes that customers typically encounter in homes, apartments, or commercial spaces. The entire showroom is meant to be a place where technology can not only be seen but truly experienced.

The solution is built on the Loxone Miniserver, which – together with the Relay Extension, DALI Extension, and RGBW Extension – provides full control of all types of lighting fixtures, from standard 230 V circuits to DALI and even finely dimmable 24 V LED strips. This system allows for the creation of various lighting scenes, automation features, and intuitive manual control that customers can experience firsthand in the showroom.



The significance of the project lies in bringing a real, hands-on experience of smart lighting and audio control into a retail space. The combination of lighting, audio, and control in one environment clearly demonstrates the power of Loxone’s all-in-one solution while also showcasing the wide range of designer luminaires from CASCA. The project is also a great example of collaboration between a technology leader and a lighting specialist – resulting in a showroom that helps customers make well-informed decisions and simplifies the sales process for partners.
