La Garrotxa Panoramic House

This old rural farmhouse, located in the Natural Park of La Garrotxa, was completely renovated and transformed into a Smart Home with numerous intelligent functions that we show you below and with which you will discover real wonders!



For the reconstruction of the building, measures were taken in accordance with Passivhaus methodology. Especially in terms of insulation, with a clear objective of energy efficiency in mind.

An aerothermal air-conditioning system and a complete ventilation solution for heat recovery mean that the costs for heating the house are greatly reduced.
