Modular house in Banyoles

Commissioned by the construction company H-KUB, the control of this house was carried out, integrating lighting, shading, climate control, access control, security, pool lighting control and, in addition, voice control through a gateway with Alexa.

Access to the house is done through an Intercom and two NFC Code Touch with different levels of access, allowing access to the garden or also to the interior. The passageways, bathroom, and dressing room have fully automated lights, which are turned on by presence when the light conditions so require. A De Dietrich aerothermal unit is controlled by the miniserver, allowing the house to be heated or cooled by underfloor heating/cooling. The winter/summer change is carried out automatically according to external weather conditions. To support the climate, blinds have been automated that follow the sun's position and automatically shade if necessary. The interior presence sensors, in passageways and in the living room, are part of an intrusion alert system that notifies the owner of any incident, and the latter can activate the siren. The exterior lights come on automatically at twilight. A 1home gateway links Alexa to Loxone allowing voice control of lighting and shading, among others.
