Right from the start of our construction project, it was clear: the house, garage, and garden with pool should become an intelligently networked system – fully automated, flexible to operate, and future-proof.



Particular attention was paid to convenient lighting control that can be flexibly adapted to any situation – whether via app, push button, or automated by sensors. The entire building technology should be intuitive to operate, from heating and shading to pool control.



Access was also smartly solved. Intelligent indoor climate management, which optimally coordinates heating, cooling, and shading, ensures an all-round pleasant living experience.



The easy integration of a wide variety of components was also particularly important to us to ensure maximum flexibility and expandability.



The result: a smart home that intelligently combines technology – for greater comfort, security, and efficiency in everyday life.

The goal was to create an intelligently connected home – from the house to the garage to the garden with a pool. Thanks to careful planning, all systems were seamlessly connected.



Control is conveniently via an app or NFC code touch. The lighting is based on DALI technology and can be individually adjusted, while RGBW lighting effects create a pleasant ambiance.



Loxone is also ideal for outdoor use, particularly for pool control. The system also regulates the indoor climate. Automatically controlled blinds provide the right shade for every time of day.
