Challenge
Bistrograf, a café and bistro created by ILLUSION spol., is located on the premises of a former video rental store. It's connected to Cinema Svět in Znojmo. The foundational requirement for the Bistrograf's investor was the greatest possible flexibility, so the building can accommodate the everchanging specifications of temperature, lighting intensity and more.
Solution
The result is automatically controlled lighting using RGBW Dimmers that control approximately 20 circuits of differing light sources. Furthermore, the Bistrograf was equipped with smart zoned heating and cooling regulation in the floor and the ceiling, recuperation regulation, shading, the integration of existing lighting using DALI technology and more.
The assignment was simple at first, but as time goes by with renovations, more and more requirements get added. So from the original plan, which aimed mainly at the regulation of lighting with several tens of light sources, we also got to heating and cooling with the help of a heat pump and other technologies. It was also a challenge to make the outdated DALI lighting system operational, which no longer met the owner's requirements. Emphasis is usually placed on maximum automation and simplicity of the application, and we achieved that here as well with Loxone.
