The objective of the project was to provide a renovated rural accommodation with a system that would allow the property to have control over access, the heating and ventilation system, exterior lighting and integration with an alarm system with connection to CRA.

After analyzing the control needs, the LOXONE system was chosen due to its power in terms of the integration of all the required functionalities and the flexibility of installation growth that it allows.



Through the configured operating modes, the property controls in a very simple way the operation of the heating, ventilation and exterior lighting systems, thus avoiding incurring unnecessary expenses when the accommodation is not occupied.



Another important aspect for the property that was implemented effectively is unattended access control. By means of NFC Code in the different accesses they can remotely create access codes with a period of validity equivalent to the reservation and thus not incur unnecessary expenses or travel in the reception of the guests.



Therefore, the measures implemented improve the comfort of guests, energy rationalization and not least a decrease in business operating costs.
