Challenge
The challenge was to make the building as autonomous as possible for users.
Solution
All entrances and exits to the building are equipped with an NFC Code Touch to allow each user to have access to the different areas of the building according to the access rights assigned to them. The name of each user who entered the building is recorded. Which is displayed on a tablet in order for people to be able to see if the person is present in the office. When the first employee arrives in the morning, the system deactivates the alarm, opens the blinds and adjusts the ventilation.
All meeting rooms are equipped with DALI lighting and Presence Sensors. This makes it possible to automate lighting but also to reduce heating/air conditioning consumption in empty rooms. A Touch Pure allows you to vary the lighting to for example seeing the projector (stopping lighting near the screen and dimming the lighting at the back of the room). A CO2/Humidity probe allows you to manage the ventilation system to maintain good air quality.
The system sends notifications during events that need attention: intruder alarm, temperature too high or too low, loss of power supply, etc.
Three EV charging stations have been installed. They facilitate the management of the company vehicle fleet (eg presence of vehicle, charging cost per vehicle, etc).
The Audioserver allows users to be informed via Text To Speech messages. Audio zones are used based on presence.
Several energy meters have been installed and allow consumption to be monitored in order to be able to study and continue to optimize energy.
At the end of the day, the last employee leaves the building and activates "sleep mode": closing the blinds, deactivating the air conditioning or lowering the heating settings, closing all locks and gates.

The Loxone system was chosen because it allows all the functionalities required in this building to be managed and allows only one management interface.
