Challenge
For the manufacturer of metal packaging, safety, heating and air conditioning as well as lighting were of particular importance when automating the entire industrial warehouse with Loxone. Especially in dry regions like Catalonia, saving water is a must, so special attention was paid to proper irrigation.
Solution
Access control is provided by means of intercom. The plants are watered automatically with the help of solenoid valves and automatic irrigation. The weather forecast is used optimally thanks to Loxone. Together with the presence control via presence detectors, a 3-level climate control was realized.
Remote access control gives me the security I need. If I'm home on a Friday afternoon and a truck arrives at the warehouse to load a container, I can open the loading dock door to allow loading to take place. I can also see if any doors or windows have been left open.
