The JEDNOTA store operator had clear requirements for the project: the focus was on automating maintenance and reducing operating costs. At the same time, the system had to be able to detect potential faults at an early stage in order to avoid breakdowns. Another aspect was the ability to allocate the costs incurred precisely and transparently to the individual tenants.

We have set up a separate mode that distinguishes between working and non-working hours and adapts flexibly to individual needs. Room intelligence plays a central role here: it continuously collects data to automatically regulate the temperature, for example, or to efficiently use alternative energy sources in the event of a power failure.

The boiler room operates completely autonomously, including the water supply for the system. Such modern technology not only takes the strain off the user, but also ensures that everything works smoothly - even if external devices or information are not up to standard. Advanced communication technologies such as ModBus, MP-Bus and M-Bus enable precise monitoring and control. Belimo mixing valves ensure the desired outlet temperature and at the same time provide important feedback on their position. This ensures that the entire system is always on the optimum path.

If manual intervention is required, modern autonomous systems ensure that maximum efficiency, comfort and convenience continue to be guaranteed. Such solutions not only create a smart, but also a reliable basis for daily use.
