Farm shop Melsen

The client wanted to open a farm shop without being there all the time. The building was also divided into a rental home and a shop for which energy measurements had to be done for billing.

In this project, a Miniserver Compact was used. The Miniserver ensures that everything happens automatically in the store. Think of controlling the lighting, sun blinds, ventilation, air conditioning and audio. Because the Compact already has audio and air technology, an Audioserver and an Air Base Extension are unnecessary and that saves a lot of space in the Loxone cabinet.

The customer can adjust the opening hours of the store in the app and the system does the rest itself. At the specified time, the store will open or close and perform the necessary actions.

Energy measurements are also taken for the consumption of the store, home and solar panels so that invoices can be sent to the tenants for the energy consumed.
