Thanks to well-thought-out programming, the Loxone Smart Home in this building relieves the residents of countless tasks. Forgetting to turn on the alarm system is a thing of the past, as is unnoticed water damage or simply leaving the lights on.

Thanks to a brilliant interaction of shading, actuators and the weather station, the energy from the heat pump is also handled carefully!

Of course, the garden will only be watered if the weather station confirms that it will no longer rain intensively enough during the day.
