BARCLAYS Arena Hamburg

The BARCLAYS Arena in Hamburg, opened in 2002, is undergoing ongoing modernization. One of the most recent projects is the centrally administered building control system with LOXONE. In addition to the main event space, the arena features a variety of dining areas, dressing rooms for artists, catering areas for crews, and boxes for special guests and sponsors. These areas are now being gradually converted to LOXONE technology.

All areas will have their own miniserver to enable complete autonomy. Depending on the configuration, a DALI extension, RGBW 24V Dimmer Tree, audio server, and presence detector will also be installed. The Touch Pure Flex always serves as the control element. The Arena Control contains the host miniserver, where all areas converge and can be centrally controlled. As a latest feature, arena employees will now have several e-charging stations with the LOXONE Wallbox Tree and built-in NFC Code Touch Tree, allowing them to charge their vehicles directly to their employee account.
