Baking world: Baking with Christina

The Backwelt of Christina Bauer, who built a small empire from scratch with "Backen mit Christina", was completed in 2021 and is fully equipped with Loxone. For those responsible for the Backwelt, ease of operation of the building's functions was a top priority before implementation. Among other things, intelligent shading, lighting and room air conditioning were implemented throughout the building. In addition to the multimedia control, the integration of the PV system into the Loxone system is a particular highlight, whereby the visualization of the data takes place via an energy monitor. This display leads to an energy optimization of heating and electricity.

The entire lighting control is done via the communication interface DALI. With the DALI Extension from Loxone, luminaires and lamps were fully integrated and there are thus no limits to the desired lighting. With the help of state-of-the-art access functions, Loxone offers the baking world numerous possibilities. For example, there are varying access solutions for employees in the building with different access authorizations. With Intercom, Loxone brings the latest technology to the baking world. For various demonstrations, the multimedia system was connected to the Loxone audio server. In combination with high-quality speakers, the audio server creates an impressive sound experience throughout the baking world.
