Challenge
The aim of the automation was to be able to manage the different municipal buildings from the same site and have a more optimal control of energy consumption, the temperature of each space and its lighting. This project manages to offer greater convenience and comfort both to the agency in charge of controlling the centers and to its workers and users.
Solution
In the region of Osona, in Catalonia, 107 public buildings have been automated, allowing for centralized control from the ALEO (Agència Local de l'Energia del Consell Comarcal d'Osona). Especially in reference to controls of climate systems, ventilation, lighting and photovoltaic systems. Among them are schools, town halls, day centers for the elderly, theaters and libraries.
The system is modular, with open protocols and always allows the incorporation of new devices or equipment, at an affordable cost for both large and small municipalities. In addition, the web interface is a 100% customizable and modifiable platform.
