The three-storey family house, with a separate granny annex, impresses with its luxurious interior. The builders are themselves craftsmen and owners of a master plastering business. The demands on aesthetics and quality of workmanship were correspondingly high. In addition, the house should be as energy efficient as possible (KfW 40 Plus construction), without neglecting the aspect of ease of use and cost-effectiveness.



The operation of the lighting, HVAC system, shading, audio system as well as the use of the technical systems such as the heating and photovoltaic system should be as comfortable as possible for both the owners and the tenants of the granny annexe.

During a detailed consultation in our show home, the client quickly decided on a Loxone solution.



Thanks to Tree technology, the installation work for the electrical installation could be implemented efficiently and the open system made it easy to integrate building technology from third-party manufacturers.
