Complete shading, including awnings and storm protection, was also implemented. Thanks to automatic sun position sensors, the shading adjusts optimally to the time of day, ensuring ideal room climates at all times.
The underfloor heating with heating and cooling functions was intelligently integrated, guaranteeing a comfortable indoor climate at all times.
The intercom in René Koch's mailbox was directly integrated into the apartments via a SIP gateway and can be conveniently operated via the LOXONE app on an iPad.
In the stairwell, LOXONE Ceiling Lights provide efficient and pleasant lighting: Instead of activating the entire stairwell, only the required area is illuminated.
