A modern apartment building has been built right in the center of Brno, and we fully equipped it with electrical installations, including complete integration of the Loxone system. Each of the seven apartments was designed as an independent smart home, where automation takes care of comfort, security, and energy savings—without the need for user intervention.



From the outset, we approached the project as a whole—working closely with the investor, we developed an electrical installation concept that makes full use of smart automation capabilities. Control of lighting, heating, shading systems, and access systems is unified under a single system that adapts to the daily lives of the residents.

The project included complete high-voltage wiring, the production and installation of distribution boards, and the implementation of all smart home components—from Loxone Touch controllers and motion sensors to automated heating and shading control. Each apartment features preset scenarios for different daily routines, which can be easily adjusted at any time—or simply relied upon as they are.



The result is a residential building where technology serves people—intuitively, efficiently, and with an emphasis on the quality of every detail.
