Apartments in Mieroszyn

The project's goal was to create a modern seaside home, combining the owner's private space with the functionality of rental apartments. The building was to provide a high level of comfort for guests, convenient rental management, and full control over access, security, heating, cooling, and energy consumption. Another key objective was to utilize energy from a photovoltaic system, energy storage, and automation to optimize the operation of the entire facility.

The building uses the Loxone system as the central automation system for the private areas and rental apartments. Access to each apartment is achieved via access codes and NFC cards, allowing for convenient guest arrival management without the need to hand over traditional keys.

The Loxone system integrates heat pump heating, air conditioning in rooms and apartments, 24V LED lighting, an audio system, and security and building monitoring functions. This automation system helps maintain comfortable conditions in the apartments while reducing energy consumption when the rooms are not in use.

The building also features an energy storage system and an electric car charging station. Loxone serves as an EMS system, managing energy to efficiently utilize surplus production, including for charging cars. This makes the building not only comfortable and safe but also prepared for modern energy management.

The entire building was designed with the lifestyle of the owner—a kitesurfing enthusiast—in mind, requiring a comfortable, remotely managed home ready for intensive use during the tourist season.
