The aim of the project was to design and implement a control system for individual elements such as on/off and dimmable lighting, heating and air conditioning, ventilation, and audio.

The apartment is equipped with 1-wire temperature sensors, climate sensors, and Loxone PURE Touch buttons to precisely measure temperature and humidity in individual rooms. Using the data collected, the system can continuously control the water flow in individual heating loops using tree actuators, turn the heating mat and fans on and off using the Relay Extension, and control the air conditioning using the AC Control Air for Mitsubishi units. Lighting is controlled via the Relay Extension and the DALI Extension. Elegant PURE Tree Touch buttons enable daily control of all essential system components. Using an audioserver, it was possible to integrate the subwoofer and speakers, which were previously incompatible.
