Challenge
In a completely uninsulated building, we set ourselves the task of providing not only rapid but also economical heating. This is an innovative application that is instantly heated by the user, using LOXONE-controlled blow heaters powered by pellet pieces and supported by an electric CW reheater.

Solution
Innovative Heating with Pellet Maintenance:
Our solution relates to water blow heaters powered by a pellet boiler. The entire operating system, of course LOXONE.
The operation of this system instantaneous and immediate shutdown, eliminating the need to immediately switch off the heating in a completely unheated area.
Effective Freeze Protection:
In the interests of safety, the system monitors and analyses the flow and temperature of the water supply. In the event of a threat of freezing, the electric heater is activated, immediately heating the feed medium and eliminating the risk of a stroke.
Integration with Photovoltaics For Sustainable Efficiency:
Our development monitoring solutions through with photovoltaics.
Starting the electrical support system in sunlight conditions and intelligently triggering the heater output maximises the use of solar energy.
Security and Monitoring:
The Loxone system has also been integrated with an already installed alarm that monitors movement and alarm zone statuses.
This provides the user with the assurance that the facility is safe and that any faults are detected immediately, including when the plant is rapidly consumed, the heating switches on.
Precision temperature measurements:
We use 1wire sleeve temperature sensors, which are characterised by precision and mechanical strength. We monitor the temperature of the water draining the heater and the temperature in the room, ensuring optimum heat conditions and comfort.
For example: the heater will only switch on when hot water is being produced to prevent cold air from blowing in.
Precision Flow Measurements:
We have fitted flow meters that not only provide the information needed to control the heaters, but are also fully visualised in the application.
Easy Monitoring of Pellet Consumption:
The customer has full control of the package, thanks to the ability to do manual batching quantities. The cooker did not offer this use; this information is visualised and historicised in the Loxone app, made available by the user.
Tailored Heating with Speed Control:
The Loxone system controls the speed of the fans in the heaters, adjusting them according to the heat demand.
It is an intelligent airflow management system that is used for and energy-efficient heating.
However, when an emergency event occurs, the system itself automatically switches to BOOST mode and heats on in a short period of time.
