A Loxone Partner is a certified professional or company that specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining smart home and building automation systems using Loxone solutions. These partners receive training and certification from Loxone, ensuring they have the expertise to implement intelligent automation solutions for homes, offices, hotels, and other buildings.

The only requirement is that you are active in one of the following business areas: electrical installation, IT, heating/air conditioning/ventilation, mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, solar and PV, electrical planning, or system integration.

No contract is required for a partnership with Loxone. However, we have set out principles for good cooperation in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a partner, you confirm compliance with these guidelines, which are aimed at fair cooperation. Otherwise, we focus on transparency in the Partner Program and treat everyone equally in terms of Partner levels and conditions.

Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have that status and the associated benefits for 12 months. To recertify and keep that status for another 12 months, you need to keep your education of Loxone up to date, as follows:

• Silver Partner: Annual attendance at a Training
• Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance at a Training and the corresponding minimum turnover

If you fulfil the requirements in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the requirements you have fulfilled. For example, if you were a Silver Partner but did not further your education for the new year, then you will be changed to a Registered Partner.
