Quick and easy: keep your device and fix it yourself
Remove the cover with a screwdriver, take out the batteries, and carefully bend the two spring contacts inward. The problem is now completely and permanently fixed.
Recommendation for handling devices:
- Devices not yet installed: Please bend back the contacts of the products slightly to ensure proper operation.
- Devices already installed: If these are functioning without any problems, they can remain in operation without issue.
Guarantee: The warranty on door and window contacts and water sensors of the new generation (100666, 100667, 100668) that have already been delivered is extended to 5 years.
