Industrial Loft by Loxone for Apartments

Industrial Loft by AuVi Technology (US)

The space had minimal built-in lighting, leaving it dim and uninviting. Typical options such as large surface fixtures and scattered switches would have disrupted the clean look of the loft. Using Loxone for apartments, flexible programming made it simple to integrate MLV track lighting with the 120V Dimmer Extension. Motorized shades connected smoothly via the RS485 Extension, and HVAC was wired straight into the Miniserver. Now, lighting, shades, and climate control work together in the Loxone App for effortless control.

Spice Quay by JSJ Smart Homes (UK)

The owners of two stunning London apartments dreamed of a home that ran itself and was effortless to live in, yet smart about saving energy. They wanted the lights, heating, cooling, and music to work together without a tangle of switches or remotes. JSJ Smart Homes brought that vision to life with Loxone for apartments, adding motion-activated lighting, music in every room, and precise climate control. Now, everything adjusts automatically for comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind. At Spice Quay, riverside living meets the ease and elegance of true smart home living.

Liget Residential by Loxone for Apartments

Liget Residential Complex by WVA, spol. s r.o. (SK)

In Bratislava’s Liget complex, location, style, and technology come together to create a new benchmark for luxury apartment living. Each of the 91 apartments features a Loxone system controlling lighting, heating, cooling, blinds, and integrated fire monitoring. Discreet sensors monitor temperature, humidity, movement, and water leaks, while a weather station keeps the system responsive year-round. Residents can make adjustments with a tap or through the Loxone App from anywhere. Liget proves that luxury living isn’t just about where you are… it’s about how seamlessly your home works for you!

Great Queens Street by JSJ Smart Homes (UK)

What was once a plain commercial office has been reborn as four breathtaking luxury apartments, and the transformation goes far beyond walls and finishes. The builder’s vision called for every element including lighting, blinds, climate, audio, access, and security, to flow together as one seamless system. Traditional AV solutions came with sky-high costs and clunky controls, but Loxone for apartments delivered it all for a fraction of the price. Now, residents step into homes that automatically welcome them with perfect lighting, ideal temperature, and secure, keyless entry. This is more than a renovation; it’s proof that smart technology can turn any space into the pinnacle of modern luxury living.

In this project, one main residence and five rental units were unified into a single smart ecosystem powered by Loxone for apartments. The property’s photovoltaic system, geothermal heat pump, and EV charging stations are all monitored and managed for peak efficiency, with energy use visualized in real time. Lighting is controlled throughout via Loxone fixtures and DALI, including smooth, elegant stairwell illumination. Residents benefit from modern access features like the Loxone Intercom, Touch Pure Flex, and NFC Code Touch, all tied into a central network. Even vacant units remain connected, ensuring the entire system runs seamlessly year-round.
