In this training, Loxone Partners will learn how to address all necessary security aspects during planning and implement them correctly during installation. They’ll see how to decide when a data point should be encrypted or when messages should be transmitted in a way that’s friendly to the overall system. Participants will learn how to group and manage project-specific users and their permissions. They’ll gain the skills to restrict and monitor access to different projects, creating smart, secure solutions for both single-family homes and multi-unit buildings with Intercom.
Participants will also become familiar with various personal and building protection systems, including burglary, fire, and water alarms, and will learn how to configure both proactive and immediate protection measures.
Additionally, they’ll learn how to set up maintenance and alarm test functions, as well as cascaded notifications to designated contacts or security services. The training also covers how to configure essential Ambient Assisted Living functions, adapting Loxone installations to meet the needs of elderly residents.
