Heating Degree Minute logic using Program module and Pico C script… or is there other method, please?

Hi,

I am trying to program system using Degree Minute algorithm. I have few questions in regards to this:

Can "Program" module be tested/run using loxone config simulation or it has to be run on live loxone miniserver?
Is there an option to compile, debug loxone program module?
Is there other alternative method in loxone I am missing to incomporate degree minute controls?
Do you know any Pico C compiler I could use for testing, please?

I can see there is a heating curve module that I plan to use to determine target flow temperature.

I am trying to program system made of 2 boilers with 0-10V setpoint control with one boiler acting as a main one and other as secondary supply. They need to change a role every 100h of operation.

Do you have any hints how I could achive source switching every 100h, please.
