Control Hue light fitting via API using virtual output

Hi, I am trying to send a virtual output command to my hue bridge to control a hue fitting and cant get it to work.

The url is https://192.168.1.66/api/XXXXXX/lights/11/state

The command is {"on":true} to turn the light on and {"on":false} to turn it off

How do I format this in config?
