The Loxone Wallbox makes it easy to configure different charging modes that are perfectly tailored to the needs and circumstances of electric car owners. These can be easily switched using a Touch Pure Flex, which can be installed in the Wallbox. An example configuration could look like this:
Full Power: This charging mode is used when the electric vehicle needs to be charged as quickly as possible. In the case of the Loxone Wallbox, charging is possible with up to 11kW.
Comfort: Here, charging takes place over a longer period of time, such as from 21:00-06:00, with lower power. In the example configuration, this is 5kW. This is battery-friendly charging.
Eco: This mode means that the electric vehicle is only charged when excess power is available – e.g. from a PV system.
