How do I become a Loxone Partner?

You can simply register online at any time and this will create a login and send an application form to us. This doesn’t guarantee your acceptance into the Partner Program – we first need your application along with the document/s you have uploaded. After the check is completed, we will contact you and let you know the outcome. The requirements are outlined in the FAQ below.

What are the requirements to become a Loxone Partner?

As an authorised Loxone Partner, you will take over the realisation of automation and control projects of all kinds – from consulting and planning to realisation and after-sales service, thus ensuring satisfied customers. These additional services in the context of the sale to the consumer are the basis for the acceptance into our partner program. In the interest of our end customers, we strive for strong partnerships. Please note the following additional requirements which depend on the company’s purpose.

Electricians
Electricians looking to join the Loxone Partner Program must have the necessary liability insurance and be registered with an industry body such as the NICEIC or Napit. As a qualified and registered electrician, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits of the Loxone Partner program. Be sure to take a look at our training courses to hit the ground running.

 

Smart Home / Automation Installers
If you are already an established smart home or automation installation business, we would welcome your application to join the Loxone Partner program. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate smart home or building automation installation as an established aspect of your business. Upon acceptance to the program, you will immediately be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

Heating Engineers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently install heating solutions for your customers. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate heating control as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

Blinds/Shading Installers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently provide consulting and installation services for blinds/curtains/shading control. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate blind control as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

System Designers & Integrators
As a planner or system integrator, you will need to demonstrate your establishment in the home automation industry, including your direct relationship to the end customer through the consulting and planning stages, the installation and aftercare support and follow up. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate this as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

IT
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must have an established arm of your business that takes care of customer consulting and smart home installations. This must be clearly visible on your website and easy for customers to find. By joining the Loxone Partner program, you agree to advertise Loxone to your customers via images and/or logos and links from your website where appropriate.

 

M&E Designers
As an M&E designer, you will need to demonstrate your establishment in the home automation industry, including your direct relationship to the end customer through the consulting and planning stages, the installation and aftercare support and follow up. This must be clearly visible on your website. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

AV Installers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must be an established AV installer and have a business currently installing AV (audio visual) solutions for your customers. You must clearly show this on your website for customers. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

Solar & PV Installer
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must be an established PV/solar installer and have a business installing renewable energy solutions for your customers. You must clearly show this on your website for customers. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

 

Security Providers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to offer smart security solutions to your customers. This must be clearly visible on your website and easy for customers to find. By joining the Loxone Partner program, you agree to advertise Loxone to your customers via images and/or logos and links from your website where appropriate.

 

Pool Builders
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently provide consulting and installation services for swimming pools. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate swimming pool installation as an established aspect of your business. Sauna Builders

What is the Loxone Qualification Training?

The Loxone Qualification Training forms the basis of Loxone know-how and is a basic requirement to achieve the Silver Partner status. The training provides a comprehensive overview of the standards & principles in home & building automation with Loxone.

What is a Registered Partner?
 
Registered Partner You’ll start off with acquiring a Welcome Packages at a discounted rate. Welcome Packages are ideal to familiarise yourself with the fundamentals of Loxone hardware and software. Logo Loxone Registered Partner
   
 
What is a Silver Partner?
 
Silver Partner
You’ll have attended Loxone Foundation Training. Upon successful completion, you’ll then be best suited to start commissioning your first Loxone automation projects.

What is a Gold & Platinum Partner?
 
Gold & Platinum Partner As you progress and implement more Loxone projects in various settings, you’re know-how and expertise will become invaluable. This allows you to advance in the Loxone Partner Program. Logo Loxone Gold & Platinum Partner
   
 
How long is the Partner status valid for?

Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have that status and the associated benefits for 12 months. To recertify and keep that status for another 12 months, you need to keep your education of Loxone up to date, as follows:

  • Silver Partner: Annual attendance at a Training
  • Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance at a Training and the corresponding minimum turnover

If you fulfil the requirements in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the requirements you have fulfilled. For example, if you were a Silver Partner but did not further your education for the new year, then you will be changed to a Registered Partner.

Is there territorial protection?

At Loxone we believe that exclusive market areas are counterproductive for the development for the brand and industry growth. That’s why the decision was made to not offer exclusivity or ‘protected areas’ to Partners.
