We have recently moved into a property with loxone access control to 3 areas, a front (driveway) gate for vehicles, a pedestrian gate and our front door.
currently we can only give people access if we are in the property connected to our own wifi and miniserver but would like to be able to give people access remotely from our phone (to trusted peiple) if we are out, is this possible please?

It sounds like remote access will need to be configured on your system so that it can be accessed remotely. A Loxone partner will be able to assist you with this, if you don’t know the partner who originally installed the project please contact Loxone support in your country and they will be able to help you find an installer.
