CCTV cameras URL works on iPhone app but not laptop app

I guess the title describes the issue. I have added four HikVision CCTV cameras as intercom function blocks into the config. I can see them all when not at home via a URL and port forwarding on my home router, but only on my iPhone, not the app on eithewr a Mac or PC. Any ideas why?
