I have a Sonnen 10 home battery and would like to read out the battery level (%), consumption, Usage, etc. What is the right way to do that ? Is there a xml template or some documentation to do that ?

The Sonnen 10 (great kit btw!) has a modbus comms port. You could speak to Sonnen and grab the tech specs for their modbus protocol along with the modbus register and then communicate with Loxone modbus extension. You’d want to check the register first to confirm if the data you can extract is inline with what you are trying to achieve.

An easy option would be to use the inbuilt IP template for Sonnen batteries in Loxone Config
