How do I become a certified Loxone Partner?
*The prerequisite is that your job falls into at least one of the following business areas: electrical installation, system integration, IT, HVAC tech, measurement & control technology, solar & PV, electrical planning.
What requirements must a "Registered Partner" fulfill?
As a Registered Partner, you are not bound to any minimum turnover. You are also not obliged to attend annual training. The possibility of higher purchasing discounts is entirely up to you – fair and transparent!
The Registered Partner status will be divided into four discount levels. Each level is determined by the annual turnover. The higher the turnover, the higher the purchase discount for Loxone products:
- Up to $10,000 = 10% discount
- Above $10,000 = 15% discount
- Above $100,000 : 21% discount
- Over $500,000: 25% discount
What requirements must a "Silver Partner" fulfill?
As a Silver Partner, you are not bound to any minimum turnover. However, you are obliged to complete the Foundation Training and attend annual training. In addition, the one-time purchase of a Loxone Welcome Package is a prerequisite for Silver Partner status – this powerful combination of products creates an ideal introduction to Loxone.
What requirements must a "Gold Partner" fulfill?
As a Gold Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone is therefore advertised on the homepage of your website, on company vehicles, etc. The implementation of the free digital showroom, the completion of our Foundation Training Course and the purchase of a Welcome Package is also required.
For the annual recertification of your Partner Status as well as for the first-time certification, you will need to create a link to loxone.com/enus/ on your website. Your annual sales target is $100,000 and you are obliged to attend annual training once a year.
What requirements must a "Platinum Partner" fulfill?
As a Platinum Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone is therefore advertised on the homepage of your website, on company vehicles, in the shop, etc. The implementation of the free digital showroom, the completion of the Foundation Training and the purchase of the Welcome Package is also obligatory for you.
For the annual recertification of your partner status as well as for the initial certification, it is necessary to create a link to loxone.com on your website. Your annual sales target is $350,000 and you are obliged to attend a special training once a year.
What are the foundations on which the partnership with Loxone is built?
We want to support our Partners in the best possible way. We have set out our principles for good cooperation in our Partner Guidelines.
How long is the Partner Status valid?
The necessary prerequisites for this are:
- Silver Partner: annual attendance of a training course
- Gold & Platinum Partner: annual attendance of a training course and meeting the corresponding minimum turnover
If you have achieved the specified targets in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not achieved, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the fulfilled requirements.

What is the Loxone Foundation Training & when can I attend it?
Thanks to numerous training courses, you will become a Loxone automation professional in just a few days. The Loxone Foundation Training forms the basis of a successful business partnership and is a basic requirement for achieving Silver Partner status. The training provides a comprehensive overview of the standards & principles in home & building automation with Loxone.

Showroom Discount
We provide a 50% discount on all Loxone products for the initial fit out of your new Loxone Showroom. All products that are part of this order must only be used for the specified showroom. This discount can not be used in conjunction with your Partner discount or any other offers. The order can only be placed through a Partner Coach and not via the Loxone Webshop.
Further, you will receive a 50% discount on selected Loxone products which have been launched after the initial fit out of your showroom so that they can be integrated and your showroom stays up to date.

Trade Show Discount
The 50% discount also applies to Loxone products used at trade shows. The showroom & trade show discount cannot be combined with your existing partner discount. The order can only be placed through a Partner Coach and not via the Loxone Webshop. Partners must provide proof of booking confirmation at a trade show to receive discount.
Personal Project Discount
What better way to sell the Loxone system than by living with it? For this reason, we encourage Partners to take advantage of this special discount for their own homes. The order must be approved by a Partner Coach and cannot be placed directly in the Loxone Shop.
Who can redeem the discount?
1x redeemable for decision-makers/managing directors (no training required)
1x redeemable for selected employees (training is a prerequisite)
1x redeemable for each office and commercial building
IMPORTANT: The personal use discount can only be redeemed for ONE total order, i.e. the order cannot be divided into several partial orders.
(This discount cannot be combined with your existing Partner discount. Personal Project discount can only be used once per qualifying criteria on a single order not exceeding $25,000.)

We will invite you to events such as the opening of a new Loxone Office in your area.
Listed on the Partner Search
You will be listed on our Partner Search, making it easy for customers in your area to find you. Gold, Platinum and Partners with Certified Showrooms are shown by default at the discretion of Partner Coaches. Qualifying Silver Partners can also request to be added.
Discounts for Registered Partners on quadral products
Discounts for Registered Partners are divided into four levels which are based on 12-month rolling spend:
Up to $10,000 = 15% discount
$10,000 – $100,000 = 20% discount

Discount on select new Loxone products
As a Loxone Gold or Platinum Partner, you’ll have access to exclusive discounts on select new products as they are released. Quantity will be determined per product. Valid for three months from the launch of a product.

Annual Purchase Volume
As a Gold and Platinum Partner, your status is linked to a minimum annual purchase volume. This is checked on an annual recertification date. The annual purchase volume is calculated on the basis of the net purchase price for your orders over the last 12 months at Loxone.
Annual Training
The automation industry is growing at a fast pace and so are we. The annual training helps you to stay up to date with everything concerning Loxone. It is required to have at least one employee of yours attend Loxone Training each year.
We recommend that you attend the Loxone Update Days training which focuses on technical elements, introduces new products and software features as well as a detailed look at sales, planning and quoting,
Qualification Training
Our Qualification Training course forms the basis of a successful business partnership and is one of the prerequisites for achieving Silver Partner Status. During the course, you will work on various tasks together with the trainer to perfect your skills in planning, configuration, installation and sales.
Welcome Package
The Welcome Package can be purchased once for a discounted price. The package contains a fantastic combination of products that make for an ideal introduction to Loxone plus once you’re comfortable the components can be put to good use in your first installation.
