How do I become a Loxone Partner?
In order to be accepted in the Loxone Partner Program, we first need to confirm your business. A Loxone employee will assist you to make sure we’re a good match.
What are the requirements to become a Loxone Partner?
As an authorized Loxone partner you will implement automation projects of all kinds – from consulting and planning to after-sales service, thus ensuring satisfied customers. These additional services in the context of the sale to the end customer are the basis for the acceptance into our partner program.
In the interest of our end customers, we strive for strong partnerships. Please note the following additional requirements, which depend on the company’s purpose. If you’re not sure if your business is fit to become a partner, reach oout to us for a free consultation.
Electricians
As an electrician, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits of the Loxone Partner program. Be sure to take a look at our training courses to hit the ground running.
Smart Home / Automation Installers
If you are already an established smart home or automation installation business, we would welcome your application to join the Loxone Partner program. Upon acceptance to the program, you will immediately be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program. Be sure to take a look at our training courses to hit the ground running.
Heating Engineers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently install heating solutions for your customers. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate heating control as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
Blinds/Shading Installers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently provide consulting and installation services for blinds/curtains/shading control. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate blind control as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
System Designers & Integrators
As a planner or system integrator, you will need to demonstrate your establishment in the home automation industry, including your direct relationship to the end customer through the consulting and planning stages, the installation and aftercare support and follow up. This must be clearly visible on your website. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
IT
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must have an established arm of your business that takes care of customer consulting and smart home installations. This must be clearly visible on your website and easy for customers to find. By joining the Loxone Partner program, you agree to advertise Loxone to your customers via images and/or logos and links from your website where appropriate.
M&E Designers
As an M&E designer, you will need to demonstrate your establishment in the home automation industry, including your direct relationship to the end customer through the consulting and planning stages, the installation and aftercare support and follow up. This must be clearly visible on your website. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
AV Installers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must be an established AV installer and have a business currently installing AV (audio visual) solutions for your customers. You must clearly show this on your website for customers. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
Solar & PV Installer
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must be an established PV/solar installer and have a business installing renewable energy solutions for your customers. You must clearly show this on your website for customers. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
Security Providers
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to offer smart security solutions to your customers. This must be clearly visible on your website and easy for customers to find. By joining the Loxone Partner program, you agree to advertise Loxone to your customers via images and/or logos and links from your website where appropriate.
Pool Builders
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently provide consulting and installation services for swimming pools. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate swimming pool installation as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.
Sauna Builders
In order to join the Loxone Partner program, you must currently provide consulting and installation services for the control of saunas. This must be apparent on your website, and you must be able to demonstrate sauna control installation as an established aspect of your business. Following review by Loxone, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Loxone Partner program.

What exactly is a Welcome Package?
We have put together different Welcome Package offers to get started as a Loxone Partner. Each qualifying company will be able to purchase one of these Welcome Packages for a special price. These Welcome Packages serve as fantastic kits to be introduced to the Loxone product range and the immense capabilities of the solution as a whole. Purchasing one of these Welcome Packages forms the basis of the Partner Program.

What is the Loxone Qualification Training?
In Qualification Training, you will learn the basics of Loxone to move on confidently with your own projects. We’ll provide a complete overview of how to implement the core technology and components to true automation with a hands-on approach.
How long is the Partner status valid for?
Recertification is only necessary for Silver Partner status, and above.
After attaining Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it. The necessary requirements are:
Silver Partner: Attend an annual training*
Gold & Platinum Partner: Attendance of an annual training course and corresponding minimum turnover.
If you have achieved the stated goals in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for another 12 months. If the stated goals are not reached, you will be assigned the respective partner status, depending on the fulfilled requirements as of the effective recertification date.
How can I become a Flagship Partner?
Being a Flagship is not an automatic tier on the Partner Program. You can find out more once you become a Partner by speaking with your Partner Coach.
Is there territorial protection?
At Loxone we believe that exclusive market areas hurt development.
That’s why from the start, the decision was made to not offer exclusivity or protected areas to partners.
Are there any other requirements to being a Loxone Partner?
We are here to support our Loxone Partners wherever possible and want to encourage the growth of the home and building automation industry as a professional body. To encourage professional business conduct and fair relationships, we have published a set of Partner Guidelines that all Partners must agree to and abide by.
