The “night light” function is also a big favourite of the owners - it illuminates their path during the night with gently dimmed light.



Automated shading ensures protection from the sun, privacy and maximum energy efficiency. The building continuously records the current position of the sun and adjusts the smart blinds accordingly. In summer this prevents the rooms from overheating, while in winter the natural heat passively contributes to warming up the home. The Touch Pure switch also has an integrated temperature and humidity sensor. This data is also sent to the Miniserver so it can adjust the heating accordingly.



The option to set a holiday calendar is especially useful. The system lowers the room temperature while the owner is on vacation, and automatically raises it again when they return.



The owner also loves the home cinema. The “home cinema” mode can be activated with just one tap and the lighting, shading and multiroom audio are automatically adjusted. In addition, all rooms were equipped with speakers, so all rooms can be filled with the same or different music.



With the Touch Pure Tree switch, a stylish control element was added to the house. The central functions such as lighting, shading and multiroom audio in each room can be conveniently controlled with just one tap. The Touch Pure switch also proves to be extremely useful when leaving the house. Triple-tapping the middle of the switch will put the entire building into “sleep mode”. Lights and music turn off, standby devices are switched off, and much more. There’s a separate control element for lighting, shading and multiroom audio on the kitchen island: the Touch Surface, which can transform a wide variety of surfaces into unique control elements."
