  string(2562) "Seamlessly integrating the custom lighting throughout the property was a simple task made possible using a combination of DALI, Relay and Dimmer Extensions with over 200 metres of LED controlled with RGBW 24V Dimmer Tree Extensions. External ground lights, drive lights and bollards as well as lighting in the communal areas and bathrooms inside the house are driven by presence or automated for time of day or ambient light levels. This means that the house is always lit perfectly without the need for manual intervention.



Loxone Touch Pure Switches throughout were recessed into a variety of wall finishes including granite, wood and plaster to meet the interior design aesthetic and we created a custom-engraved Touch Pure Flex for control of lighting and the pool cover in the swimming pool/sauna room. Should the client wish to change the mood or set the scene for entertaining, this can be achieved effortlessly with a tap of a switch or via the Loxone App. Electric shading and audio can also be manually controlled via these switches.



Multiroom audio throughout is driven by the Loxone Audioserver and by a 3rd party amplifier integrated with Loxone. We used a combination of ceiling speakers in bedrooms and bathrooms, Sonance IS8 invisible speakers in the open-plan area, kitchen and gym and IP-rated Sonance Extreme-Series in the pool.



Climate is controlled throughout by Loxone, integrating wet under floor heating, mechanically-opening windows and MVHR, giving the clients the peace of mind that the home will always be the perfect temperature without the need to touch a thermostat. Integrating mechanically opening windows with the Loxone Weather Station allows the home to prevent water ingress by automatically closing these in the event of a rain storm.



Gate/Garage door control via ANPR camera or NFC Code Touch, comprehensive CCTV, door and window contacts and motion sensors and electronic locks on main doors integrated with Loxone mean that this home is always protected. The client can see, speak to and allow access to visitors via the Loxone App and Intercom while at home or abroad and remote control over gates and doors. In the event of an attempted break in, the home will draw attention to itself with audible and visible signals, while notifying the client via the Loxone App. 



Finally, we integrated the 3rd-party PV and battery storage to allow the clients to monitor and manage the energy they generate to maximise efficiency and reduce running-costs."
