This delivers the reassurance of frost protection during the unforgiving winters but also ensures a warm and welcoming environment for Arrivals. Whether through scheduling heating adjustments, being triggered by presence or a quick change in the intuitive Loxone app, the homes atmosphere can be optimised with ease.



Furthermore, the integration of Door & Window Contacts detects open windows for extended periods of time, the system intelligently turns off heating in these specific rooms, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption. In the autumnal and winter months the energy management is second to none in ensure a warm inviting space, but with efficiencies built in as standard.



Undoubtedly, lighting plays a pivotal role in crafting the desired ambiance in this smart home. The exterior benefits from strategically placed outdoor lighting that illuminates the garden space from dusk until a predetermined time, creating an inviting social space.



Indoors, the lighting takes centre stage. Low voltage LED fixtures were chosen for their ability to set the right mood in each room. The bathroom is a relaxation haven. The living room boasts warm lighting, while the dining room exudes an atmospheric glow and the kitchen is brilliantly showcased with lighting, highlighting the vaulted ceiling and the central island.  



A standout feature of the lighting design is the use of Loxone downlights with a high colour rendering index (CRI). This choice not only provides functional and task orientated illumination but also contributes to the overall aesthetic.
