Discounts for Registered Partners are divided into four levels which are based on 12-month rolling spend excluding VAT:

Up to £9,000 = 10% discount
£9,000 – £90,000 = 15% discount
£90,000 – £450,000 = 21% discount
Over £450,000 = 25% discount

Personal Project Discount

What better way to sell the Loxone system than by living with it? For this reason, we encourage Partners to take advantage of this special discount for their own homes. The order must be approved by a Partner Coach and cannot be placed directly in the Loxone Shop.

Who can redeem the discount?
1x redeemable for decision-makers/managing directors (no training required)
1x redeemable for selected employees (training is a prerequisite)
1x redeemable for each office and commercial building

IMPORTANT: The personal use discount can only be redeemed for ONE total order, i.e. the order cannot be divided into several partial orders.

(This discount cannot be combined with your existing Partner discount. Personal Project discount can only be used once per qualifying criteria on a single order not exceeding £25,000.)

First Project Discount

For your first Loxone project as a Silver Partner, you will receive a 27% discount on products used through Project Planning with your Partner Coach. The discount can only be applied to one order and cannot be combined with your existing partner discount. The order is capped at £25,000. You have 3 months from completing your Qualification Training to take up this offer.

Showroom Discount

We provide a 50% discount on all Loxone products for the initial fit out of your new Loxone Showroom. This discount can only be used on a single order. All products that are part of this order must only be used for the specified showroom. This discount can not be used in conjunction with your Partner discount or any other offers. The order can only be placed through your personal partner consultant and not via the Loxone Webshop.
Further, you will receive a 50% discount on selected Loxone products which have been launched after the initial fit out of your showroom so that they can be integrated and your showroom stays up to date.

Preferred Automation Solution

As a Gold or Platinum Partner, you exclusively use Loxone control components in your installations (i.e cabinet components such as the Miniserver, Extensions, etc.) Loxone is advertised on your website, company vehicles, commercial premises, etc. as your preferred automation solution. Exceptions are made for tenders.

For existing Gold & Platinum Partners, this must be the case by 30 April 2023.

No barriers to entry: just get started and start shopping. Your discount is calculated from your purchase volume over the last 12 months. As a Registered Partner, you can only purchase Loxone products via the Loxone Webshop.

As a Loxone Partner you’ll receive free technical support for your Loxone installations by phone.

Listed on the Partner Search

You will be listed on our Partner Search, making it easy for customers in your area to find you. Gold, Platinum and Partners with Certified Showrooms are shown by default at the discretion of Partner Coaches. Qualifying Silver Partners can also request to be added – see conditions for listing on the Partner Search.

Discount on select new Loxone products

As a Loxone Gold or Platinum, you’ll have access to exclusive discounts on select new products as they are released. Quantity will be determined per product. Valid for three months from the launch of a product.

Credit Limit / Payment Terms

The credit limit is the sum of all net purchases. The payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

Project Referrals

As a Loxone Flagship partner, you’ll receive project referrals that are in your geographical area.

Your Partner Coach is always at hand to assist you and offer advice on all elements concerning your Loxone Projects. Showroom Marketing Design Support

We will support you in the creation of your very own and personal marketing material for your showroom. Whether this involves eye-catching window displays & graphics, illuminated signage or a very special Loxone Look of your interior. This offer can only be used once per showroom. Our financial contribution is exclusively towards the design and graphics work carried out by an agency of our choosing or our own internal team. Production costs are not covered by this offer. The maximum financial contribution by us is dependant on your partner status. The designed material must be used in your showroom within 12 months following the completion of the designs. Should this not be the case you will be charged for 50% of the design costs we incurred.

Showroom Planning and Design Support

Together with you and an interior architect of our choice we will plan an impressive Loxone Showroom, that will be instantly recognisable as such thanks to a strong corporate identity. To achieve this we will make a significant contribution to the planning and design costs. This offer can only be used once per showroom. Our financial contribution is exclusively towards the planning and design fees of the interior architect for a Loxone Showroom (including room layouts, furniture designs, lighting design & Loxone functionality). The maximum financial contribution by us is dependant on your partner status. The showroom will be commissioned and inspected together with your personal partner coach within 12 month following the planning. Should the implementation of the showroom not be inline with the plans or not be completed in time you will be charged for 50% of the planning costs we incurred.

Training Discount

Loxone Partners that have already completed Qualification Training (formerly Foundation Training) can get access to discounted training for additional employees that are looking to become Loxone experts.

Annual Purchase Volume

As a Gold and Platinum Partner, your status is linked to a minimum annual purchase volume. This is checked on an annual recertification date. The annual purchase volume is calculated on the basis of the net purchase price for your orders over the last 12 months at Loxone.

Annual Training

The automation industry is growing at a fast pace and so are we. The annual training helps you to stay up to date with everything concerning Loxone. It is thus a requirement to have at least one employee of yours attend Loxone Training each year.
We recommend that you attend the Loxone Update Days training which focuses on technical elements, introduces new products and software features as well as a detailed look at sales, planning and quoting,

Smart Home Bonus

Have you commissioned a true Loxone Smart Home? If so, you’ll effectively receive an addition 3% discount off the list price of all the Loxone components you’ve used in this project. The Smart Home Bonus is available on projects where the components were purchased after 01.01.2019. The 3% bonus will be in the form of a credit note on your account.

Criteria:
To qualify, the following functions must be commissioned:
– Lighting
– Shading
– Heating
– Multiroom Audio
– Security
– Access Control/Intercom
– Whole House functions:
     – All Out  & Away Mode
     – Automatic Shading

The following hardware must be included in a Loxone Smart Home project:
– A minimum of 80% of the lighting should be Loxone Tree.
– A Motion Sensor Tree in each room (unless using our Ceiling Light with inbuilt motion sensor)
– The shading should be controlled either by a Geiger motor, our Shading Actuator or our Relay Extension
– Loxone Valve Actuators for zoned heating control for each room/zone

– Loxone Water Sensors in appropriate rooms
– Access via the NFC Code Touch

A Loxone Partner Consultant will review each project you submit for the Smart Home Bonus. At the time of review, all components must be installed and fully functional. If all criteria is met, you’ll then be issued with the Smart Home Bonus – effectively increasing your purchasing discount!

Exclusively Loxone

As a Loxone Flagship Partner you are using exclusively Loxone to deliver your Smart Home projects. You also publically state this (for instance on your website).

The only exceptions are:
– Different luminaires and light fittings may be used to complement your design if they are not competing with Loxone products.
– Different speakers may be used for multiroom audio (wired or wireless), as long as these are driven via the Loxone Music Server.

Loxone Showroom

To become a Loxone Loxone Flagship Partner you have to have a public showroom, which conforms to the Loxone Standard and includes all the products and features of a Real Loxone Smart Home.

As a Loxone Flagship Partner, your website should be synonymous with Loxone’s international brand. It is, therefore, important that you have a website that is designed following the style of your corporate identity.
