Shift Register

Each activation of the input Tr saves the value of the input D to the first or last register bit and shifts the other values in the bit array along accordingly.

The signal at the input Dir determines the shifting direction. If Dir is active, then the bits in the bit array all shift down one place with the first bit being shifted out and the new value is then saved in the last register bit. If Dir is not active, then the bits in the bit array all shift up one place with the last bit being shifted out and the new value is then saved in the first register bit.

The register bit parameter B selects the register bit whose value is output at Q.
