Mounting↑
The recommended mounting height for the indoor climate sensor is between 1.2 m (4 ft) - 1.5 m (5 ft) when mounted on the wall. The positioning of the sensor should be adapted to the application. (e.g. according to what area of a space is generally occupied)
Install the mounting frame at the desired location.
Connect the power supply (orange/white terminal) and Tree communication wires (green/white terminals). Shortly after power-up, the status LED will blink orange if the wiring is correct (connection to Tree Extension and Miniserver is established).
Mount the device by snapping it onto the mounting frame.
Commissioning↑
Then follow the pairing procedure
Calibrate CO2 sensor↑
It is possible to calibrate the integrated CO2 sensor.
This calibration described below is generally not necessary. Perform this only if you are requested to do so:
Open the windows in the room for at least 30 minutes to ensure proper ventilation. This way the room will reach the CO2 value of the outside air of about 400ppm.
Then the following webservice command is executed using a browser:
miniserver/dev/sys/wsdevice/name/CalCO2/400
This sets the current measured value of the sensor to 400ppm.
