Alarm Chain

Creates a 10-level Alarm Sequence with text outputs. After the set reaction time, the next step becomes active. If the alarm continues to be active after the last stage, the chain starts over again.

<vton>: Time of the alarm when (A) or (Au) is activated
<vcn>: Customer name from the project settings
<vca>: Customer address from project settings
