Christmas Hours 2020
We’d like to thank all our Partners for working with us throughout 2020. It was an extraordinary year full of challenges yet even in these difficult times, we can look back on a successful year – which we owe to our Partners. With that, it’s time to share our Christmas hours, including information on how orders and technical support will be handled while we’re closed.
Loxone UK will be closed from 12:00 on Tuesday, 22 December 2020. We will reopen at 08:30 on Thursday, 7 January 2021.
Orders and Delivery
If you need your items before Christmas, please place your order no later than 13:00 on Thursday, 17 December 2020.
Orders placed before 10:00 on Wednesday, 23 December 2020 will still be dispatched on the day, but delivery may take longer than the usual 3-5 working days.
Technical Support
While our technical support team will also be away over the Christmas shutdown, you can still access our knowledge base and support community. Any tickets submitted during this time will be answered once we return.
General information requests will be handled once the office opens for the new year.
