A particular challenge was to integrate spotlights, surface-mounted spotlights, presence detectors, smoke detectors and loudspeakers aesthetically into the natural log ceiling. The cable management within the natural wood plank walls also required careful planning and implementation in order to preserve the harmonious appearance of the house. In the living and dining area, the elegant LED Pendulum Slim complement the spotlights to create harmonious lighting. Individual lighting scenarios can be set up via the Loxone app to create the right atmosphere for every situation. Presence detectors only activate lighting and music in areas where people are present. The system is complemented by the modern Touch Pure control units from Loxone. 

For access control and security, we have installed a combination of intercom, NFC code touch and alarm siren. This system enables access via code, NFC smart tag or key fob, while access authorizations are conveniently managed via the Loxone app. The app also shows who is ringing the doorbell in real time. The integrated alarm siren rounds off the security concept and provides comprehensive protection."
