No contract is requred for partnership with Loxone. However, we have set out our principles for good cooperation in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a partner, you confirm your compliance with these guidelines, which aim to ensure fair cooperation. After achieving Silver, Gold, or Platinum Partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it. The necessary requirements for this are:

• Silver Partner: annual attendance at a training course
• Gold & Platinum Partner: annual attendance at a training course and corresponding minimum turnover

If you have fulfilled the requirements within the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for another 12 months. If the specified targets are not achieved, you will be assigned the respective partner status depending on the requirements you have fulfilled.
