Username and password

moved into a new buildproperty last week. have a loxone mini server. how do i gain access to usernameand password

Hi Bandana

You will need to make contact with the previous home owner or the installer who put the system in as they will have these details.

Usernames and passwords are specific to the site they are used on and are not kept as record by Loxone as a manufactuer.

If you have the serial number of your Miniserver you can contact Loxone support on [email protected] and they will be able to let you know the installer of your system.
